The 70's-80s format: Includes the traditional 70's- 80s dance songs like the Bee Gees, Abba, Madonna, Cindy Lauper, Michael Jackson, B-52s among others. Your over-all success of your wedding reception & my reputation as a Wedding Entertainer/Emcee is directly attributed to the number of people dancing through-out the event. So please be careful in the selection of your format.  

           The Standard Wedding Music format: is the most popular including oldies, rock, disco, some 80s, some country, top 40 and a little hip hop if desired. Some of the popular songs are: The Twist, YMCA/Hot Hot Hot/Shout/The Isley Brothers/Old Time Rock & Roll/Mony Mony/Electric Slide, Play that Funky Music, Dancing Queen, Get Down tonight, Ac/Dc, Polkas, country slow songs, From this Moment/Shania Twain, Amazed + some top 40. 

            The Hip Hop format: is the most popular music being played in Night Clubs such as: Pussy Cat Dolls w/Buttons, Justin Timberlake w/Sexy Back, Usher w/Yeah, Fergie w/London Bridge, Sean Paul w/Temperature, 50cents, etc, and suitable for receptions that include a larger percentage of Night Club Party People. All music is radio edited, meaning no bad lyrics!! Customize your music by using a combination of all three. 

             NEW! Music formats now available are: Strictly Country, where more than 50% is country/Strictly 50s & 60s where more than 50% is 50’s and 60’s/Strickly Jazz or Big Band from the 40s. We Pride ourselves in playing a variety of music and since your party is likely to be that as well (variety) is what we would rather play. If that can’t be the case we are just not for you. We will meet with the Bride/Groom in their home or mine to plan and create their very own personalized wedding event. All Star Dee Jays now performs all wedding receptions with two DJ’S. Unless we are short Handed.

First and Foremost, We Absolutely Positively will be there, Rain or Shine, In Sickness or Health. Signed contract which guarantees that All Star Dee Jays will perform at your wedding reception regardless of weather conditions, sickness or equipment breakdown and in the event of extreme sickness we will provide a suitable Disc Jockey employed by All Star Dee Jays to provide all the same services as provided in the contract. We are Full Time Professional DJ’S, we are not a part time business. We do as many as a 150 parties a year so booking early is a must.

                        How Much Should I Budget For Entertainment? According to most reliable sources today, the average cost for a wedding is $20,000.00. About 10% of the wedding expenses should be set aside for the music, the ceremony and the reception, according to Modern Brides Magazine. 50% should be budgeted for the reception, 10% for wedding attire, 10 % for photography, 4% for stationery, and 6% for 'extras' (church fees, marriage license, etc.) The price for a DJ varies tremendously in our area. Do a little research to find the DJ that will perform to your expectations. The price range may vary several hundred dollars. Experienced 'Wedding DJs' will cost more, but the results are well worth the expense.
